
Warranty
Our products are backed by a lifetime warranty, with proof of purchase (i.e. order confirmation e-mail). The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are gifting a holster to a friend or family member, please forward them your order confirm e-mail. The warranty includes replacing the FlexCore, screws, posts, spacers, clips and claw. Your warranty claim requires photos of items needing replacement. The warranty does not cover wear and tear (scuffs, scratches, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: Due to the extensive product testing done on every holster, we know very well the difference between accidental damage and "torture testing" and will not honor a warranty for products that have been torture tested. i.e at no point will one of our holsters ever crack from normal wear and tear.
Returns/Refunds
We ONLY honor returns/refunds for "Ready-to-Ship" products. All other products are made-to-order to your specifications and are not eligible for returns/refunds.
Cancellations/Changes
You have exactly 72 hours to request an order cancellation/change for all NON-QuickShip and Ready-to-Ship orders. For Ready-to-Ship orders you have exactly 2 hours to request cancellation/change. For QuickShip you have exactly 24 hours to request cancellation/change.
