Will you be adding new holster styles in the future?Absolutely! But Because we do not use pre-designed templates like most holster companies. There is extensive R&D done before a new holster is released.

If you don't offer my light can I send it in for a custom request?Yes - but please understand that lights can get damaged during the forming process due to the high heat involved. You, the customer, agree to accept all liability if your light is damaged.

How often do you add new gun and light options?If it's a new gun or light, typically as soon as it's available. For guns or lights that have been out for a while, it's based on demand.

Are your lead times accurate?Yes, lead times are re-considered weekly based on order volume. If the lead time ever changes on an open order you will be contacted via e-mail and given the option to cancel your order.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
