Are your lead times accurate?

Accepted Answer

Yes - our lead times are based on 85 - 90% fulfillment accuracy. Any time we drop below 85% lead time fulfillment accuracy, lead times are increased by 5 days. In the made-to-order world delays are expected to happen. Order delays happen most commonly due to supply shortages or unexpectedly high order volumes.

Will you be adding new holster styles in the future?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! However, because we do not use pre-designed templates like most holster companies. There is extensive R&D done before a new holster is released. we also spend time enhancing existing designs, i.e. The KOTJ Mark3 is the 3rd iteration of the The KOTJ featuring "The GRID"

How often do you add new/different gun and light options?

Accepted Answer

It depends on availability, but we are always watching the gun market to see what new guns and lights are available. Aside from new releases we are checking for popularity and overall demand for specific guns and lights. We pride ourselves on offering "hard to find options." If there is a gun and/or light option you are looking for that we don't offer, please reach out!

Question 4

If you don't offer my gun/light can I send it in for a custom request?

Accepted Answer

No - Due to the high heat and pressure guns and lights endure during the forming process, there is a high chance your light would get damaged. While it would be easy for us to make an agreement where you accept all liability - the real question is, "Why risk it?"
